  • OAT and BTP have led futures higher, German IFO miss likely also supportive, but the bid in Govies was already there, and it has been more of a gradual move higher across EGBs and Treasuries so far in early trade, albeit in very low volumes, which helps exacerbate some of the moves.
  • Initial resistance area for Bund is still at 132.94, but better is seen at 133.21, and this is followed by the 133.48 area.
  • For Tnotes, some desks might look at 110.25+, Friday's high for initial resistance in TYU4, but most will be watching 111.01, the June high and highest print since 1st April.
