Frost: No Breakthrough Or Breakdown In EU-UK Talks On NI Protocol

Wires and social media reporting comments from UK Cabinet Office minister Lord Frost following a four-hour meeting this morning with EU Commission VP Maros Sefcovic to discuss the implementation of the Northern Ireland protocol among other areas of contention. Comments from pool clip.
