about its funding requirements" in this morning's recently-released Aug.

the QE portfolio reductions this year. Now, think November."
- He adds he's "not clear how important this phrase in the statement,
where it says it will adapt to additional needs 'by increasing both
Treasury bill and Treasury nominal coupon auction sizes, BEGINNING with
bills and then coupons, as appropriate." [emphasis added]."
