Futures A Touch Lower

Futures showed through their overnight lows during early Sydney trade, after following the cheapening that was witnessed across most of the U.S. Tsy curve in overnight dealing. The contracts sit just off session lows at typing, YM -3.5 & XM -4.0. The 7- to 12-Year zone of the cash ACGB curve leads the weakness.

  • The latest NAB Business survey has hit, with both the confidence and conditions metrics ticking higher.
  • A$150mn of Nov-27 index linked supply from the AOFM is due later today, while TCV is set to price a syndicated benchmark tap of its Nov '34 line, which may weigh on XM around pricing owing to hedging activity.
