Futures are through new highs

  • Continued buying at the top of the ranges in Govie futures, Schatz is bought in 5.5k, US TYZ3 in 4k (not spread related).
  • BTP is still leading in Europe, pushing the BTP/Bund spread 2.3bps tighter, but still just short of the immediate support at 170.00bps.
  • Liquidity is on the low side in Europe, which helps exacerbate some of the move, ahead of a busy week.
  • Bund eye next resistance at 131.22.
