Futures Consolidate Gains


Iron Ore futures consolidated recent gains on Monday, the September contract sits well within recent ranges and finished yesterday's dealing at $113.20/tonne.

  • We now sit ~14% above August lows, and are comfortably holding above the $110/tonne handle.
  • The CSJ reported yesterday that the Chinese government is looking to remove a rule that disqualifies people being considered a first-time homebuyer in major cities should they have had a previous mortgage. More here.
