Futures Continue To Coil

GILTS

Gilt futures remain confined to the range set during the London morning, with little lasting reaction/impetus surrounding the U.S. data release. Futures last show -15 101.55, while cash gilt yields are 2-6bp higher. The wings lead when it comes to the sell off.

  • A quick look at OI data for yesterday points to ~8.5K fresh net shorts being added in gilts on Tuesday, akin to positioning swings in TY and Bund peers.
