Futures Tick Back From Best Levels & HK Equities Rally & Aussie Bond Bid Runs Out Of Steam

US TSYS

Tsy futures nudge away from their respective intraday bests alongside ACGBs, after a post-RBA minutes uptick in the latter helped provide an extra leg of support to the early Asia uptick in the former. An uptick in the likes of the Hang Seng & the ChiNext equity indices may also be capping the bid in Tsy futures, as Asia-Pac participants react to Monday’s wider market developments. A reminder that Monday’s risk-off moves were at their deepest around the time of the Hang Seng’s cash close. TYM3 sits at 115-08+, +0-05+, 0-02+ off the top of its 0-15+ range.
