Gasoil prompt time spreads near lowest since Feb

  • The Gasoil 1-2 spread traded down to 16.25$/mt (equivalent to 2.28$/bbl) this morning and the 2-3 spreads down to 14.25$/mt. Both spreads have only once briefly been below these levels since before the start of the Ukraine conflict. The front spread has been bouncing between about 20 and 80$/mt over the last few months.
  • Compares to the front Brent spread of 2.44$/bbl and WTI spread of 1.72$/bbl.
  • Gasoil AUG 22-SEP 22 up 0.25$/mt at 17.5$/mt
  • Gasoil SEP 22-OCT 22 down -0.75$/mt at 14.50$/mt
  • Gasoil DEC 22-DEC 23 down -17.25$/mt at 123$/mt
  • Brent OCT 22-NOV 22 down -0.09$/bbl at 2.44$/bbl
  • Brent DEC 22-DEC 23 down -0.38$/bbl at 9.79$/bbl
  • WTI SEP 22-OCT 22 down -0.15$/bbl at 1.72$/bbl
  • WTI DEC 22-DEC 23 down -0.51$/bbl at 9.74$/bbl
