CABLE: GBPUSD has so far failed to reclaim the $1.2800 level. Despite the
earlier release of the lowest unemployment rate in 43 years, slowing pay growth
pressured GBP to pullback lows of $1.2766. EURGBP briefly made a show under
Gbp0.8900, but has since recovered to the Gbp0.8925/30 area. FX markets very
much directionless, trading within narrow ranges ahead of the NY open.
