nationalisations, tax hikes for high earners, corporations, oil companies, and
financial transactions, a major house-building programme, a legally-binding 2nd
EU ref, and creation of 1mn new 'green jobs'. 
- Seen as the most radical left-wing manifesto Lab has put forward since 1983. 
- Conservatives pledge help for 1st time housebuyers. Also extra money for
social care (one of the major issues that cost Con maj in 2017).
- Lib Dems shift message from winning majority to denying Conservatives a
majority. Opens door to supporting Labour minority gov't to deliver 2nd EU ref.
