US TSY FLOWS: Generally quiet end to a hectic week, Tsys trade weak late --
extending session lows after the bell. Well off Wed highs, Tsy futures still
higher for the week. Yld curves bear steepen.
- No substantive react to in-line July PPI +0.2%, but core disappointed -0.1%
earlier. Sensitivity to headline risk continued to drive markets
- Midmorning headline: "TRUMP SAYS SEPTEMBER TALKS WITH CHINA COULD BE CANCELED:
CNBC" bbg, got rates moving, Tsys moving higher, Eurodollar futures still
steady/mixed but lead quarterly is off lows. 
- Equities gapped/trimmed losses early in second half, Tsys sold off/extended
session lows after twitter post regarding Huawei "ban": "WHITE HOUSE SAYS TRUMP
HUAWEI COMMENTS ONLY REFER TO GOVT" FOX.
- Flow includes program buyers, fast$ and prop buying shorts to intermediates,
Sep/Dec roll interest has started up, volume still light ahead Aug 30 first
notice date.
- The 2-Yr yield is up 0.8bps at 1.6263%, 5-Yr is up 1.6bps at 1.5613%, 10-Yr is
up 1.7bps at 1.7344%, and 30-Yr is up 2.6bps at 2.25%.
