German 10yr tests the 2.326% Yield

  • Bund is again testing that 134.15 and 2.326% mark in Yield, risk remains tilted to the downside in Futures.
  • US Tnotes fades off its high, with 3k sold, while Gilt has closed its opening gap to 98.16, printed a 98.13 low, although gaps aren't a good technical study for the Gilt contract.
  • Nonetheless, some desks will be watching that big gap down to 97.46 (see previous Gilt comment for Tech levels).
  • For Bund, the contract would still need to clear 134.05, for a push towards 133.69.
