German and US 10yr Yields

Bund has closed the gap noted up to 131.52, did manage a 131.55 high, and is finding some resistance for now, with similar price action in US Treasuries, as the initial resistance noted at 110.20+ in TYU4 holds.

  • Regarding the German 10yr Yield, next support is seen a little further, towards 2.49%.
  • Today reference 131.48, 2.49% would equate to 131.77.
  • For the US 10yr Yield, some investors will look at the June low situated at 4.1862%, and this would equate to a 111.04 today vs the 111.01 printed June high in Futures.
