German Econ Min-Members Agree To Joint Gas Purchases, Price Spike Cap

Wires carrying comments from German Economy Minister Robert Habeck following a meeting of EU energy ministers. Habeck states that EU members have agreed to make joint natural gas purchases, as well as on a mechanism to combat energy price spikes.
