BUNDS: German fixed income futures have tracked broader risk flows in
Asia-Pacific trade.
- Schatz -1.5 ticks, Bobls -12.0 ticks, Bunds -40 ticks.
- In terms of broader EZ matters, France has revealed that it now expects its
deficit to hit 3.1% of GDP in 2019, while the country cut its GDP growth
forecast to 1.4%, as was previously touted. Meanwhile the Italian and Spanish
political situations continue to generate interest.
- Focus will remain on the ever-fluid Brexit situation on Wednesday, with
German/EZ services & composite PMI data and EZ retail sales headlining the
economic docket. We will also hear from ECB's de Cos.
