Gilt push Bonds lower

  • Watch Gilt, with the contract weighing here on EGBs and Treasuries, and the contract makes another attempt at that big downside gap, from 101.13 to 100.60, printed a 101.08 low.
  • US FVA sold in 2.5k, TUA 2k, TYA 3k and USA 1k.
  • As noted this morning, Gilt/Bund was trading wider, but given that latest leg lower in Gilt futures and Bund still up 20 ticks on the day, the spread is now 5.5bps wider at 126.3bps, ahead of the January and 2023 high at 129.21bps.
