Gilts and Bunds also bounce off lows

  • It's not just Treasury futures that have bounced higher on the risk-off sentiment as China/Taiwan tensions increase (for more on this see here).
  • Gilt futures briefly moved above 109.00 after breaching the technical bear trigger of 108.54 earlier and having moved as low as 108.45.
  • Bund futures are back to flat on the day after moving to a low of 148.19 around an hour ago and hitting 148.82 around 10 mins ago - to now trade at 148.65 at writing (the day's range has been 148.19-149.32.
