GILT SUMMARY
GILT SUMMARY: Gilts have been bid today while markets more broadly have been
risk on. 
- The Sep-20 gilt future has rallied since midday and now trade trades near the
highs of the day, albeit within a relatively tight range for the day (L: 137.73
/ H: 138.00).
- Cash yields are 1-3bp lower and the curve has bull flattened. Current yield
levels: 2-year -0.1083%, 5-year -0.0938%, 10-year 0.1935%, 30-year 0.6607%.
- Short sterling futures are flat/0.5 ticks higher in whites/reds and 0.5-1.0
ticks higher in greens/blues.
- The DMO earlier sold GBP3.0bn of the 1.50% Jul-26 Gilt and GBP2.25bn of the
0.625% Oct-50 Gilt. A further GBP750mn and GBP461mn, respectively, of both
issues was sold through the PAOF facility.
- Tomorrow the DMO will sell GBP3.0bn of the 0.125% Jan-28 Gilt and GBP500mn of
the 1.25% Nov-32 index-linked Gilt.
