GOLD: Gold little changed at 1,284/oz in spot trade.
- The risk-off flows that were observed on Thursday, coupled with the modest
pullback in the DXY allowed bulls to push spot gold comfortably back above
broken uptrend support (noted at $1,275.37 today). Failure to retrace below
trend support would confirm a false breakout and allow bulls to focus on $1,300,
although the 50-, 55- & 100-DMAs provide resistance ahead of the psychological
level.
