GOLD: Gold trades at $1245.1, up $2 on the day as falling yields provide some
support. Yesterday's false break above the 200-dma warns of of a deeper
correction as the metal becomes increasingly stretched relative the commodity
complex once again. The historical correlation between gold and US real yields
is pointing towards further weakness and there is no sign yet of a risk-off bid
across the precious metals complex.
