  • SUP 4: 133.52 Low Dec 2 and a key support

Gilt futures suffered a sharp pullback Dec 23, reversing the entire rally between Dec 16 - 21. Futures however are retracing the recent move lower and traded higher again yesterday. Further gains would open recent highs at 135.69, Dec 23 high and 135.86, Dec 21 high. The key resistance is 135.99, Dec 11 high where a break would resume a bullish focus. On the downside, initial support is at 134.89 ahead of the key 134.01 level, Dec 24 low.
