CABLE: Having traded to a post 1600GMT fix low of $1.3035, shy of the Mar21 low
of $1.3004, rate has managed to bounce back to $1.3094 on reaction that the
Speaker has allowed another vote on the Withdrawl Bill (referred to by the
leader of the house Leadsom as the Split Brexit Vote, voting on the Withdrawl
Agreement, not the political declaration). Debates will end Friday at 1430GMT
when voting will begin. This action, if passed, will provide for an extension to
May22. However, if fails it might see Brexiteers voting against the Bill on the
day that was originally set for Brexit in Article50. Initial positive reaction
now seen tempered as a lot of work still to do to get PM May's deal through and
it still leaves No-deal exposed. Cable currently trades between $1.3060/65.
Support noted at the earlier low of $1.3035 ahead of stronger interest into
$1.3005/00. Resistance $1.3100, $1.3150.
