Holding A Touch Lower

US TSYS

The fact that e-minis have managed to hold most of their after-hours bid is keeping a lid on any buying pressure in the space, with TYH2 operating just off worst levels, last -0-05 at 127-15+. Cash Tsys run ~1-2bp cheaper across the curve, with modest bear flattening in play. There hasn’t been anything in the way of meaningful macro headline flow to comment on during Asia-Pac hours, with regional reaction to Thursday’s core FI sell off and the aforementioned tech earning-driven bid in e-minis in the driving seat.
