Holding Firm, Trading Narrow

AUSSIE BONDS

A very narrow session for the space. The news of the COVID restrictions that will be implemented in the Greater Sydney area over the coming days has done little in the way of generating an outright bid for the space, but has perhaps helped to underpin even as U.S. Tsys cheapen a little (especially when combined with the latest round of RBA ACGB purchases). YM +0.5, XM +3.5, with the cash ACGB curve holding flatter as longer dated paper richens by ~3.5p.
