US DATA: Import/Export Prices Preview - 08:30 EDT/13:30 BST

- March import prices are expected to rise by 0.4% based on both the Bloomberg
consensus and an MNI survey of analysts. This follows a 0.6% rise in both import
and export prices in February. 
- Ex-petro import prices are expected to fall by 0.1% according to the Bloomberg
consensus.
- February import prices were driven by a 4.9% rise in fuel prices. Based on the
already released March CPI and PPI data, import prices for fuel would be
expected to post another large gain in March.
