US: In the last several minutes, former Vice President Joe Biden has overtaken
Senator Elizabeth Warren in the betting probability market for the Democratic
presidential nomination for the first time since August. 
- Warren's chances implied by Betfair betting market have fallen from a peak of
52.5% on 14 Oct to 23.5% at present. 
- Biden leads narrowly with a 23.8% probability, his highest point since 24
October.
- The major shift upwards in betting probabilities has come from South Bend, IN.
Mayor Pete Buttigieg, who sits in third place with a 17.2% probability, from
4.9% on 1 Oct. 
- Fifth Democratic primary debate takes place this evening in Atlanta, GA. On
MSNBC and Washington Post website at 2100ET (0200GMT, 1300AEDT). 10 candidates
(Former Vice President Joe Biden, Senators Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders,
Cory Booker, Kamala Harris, Amy Klobuchar, Representative Tulsi Gabbard, Mayor
Pete Buttigieg, entrepreneur Andrew Yang, and Tom Steyer) will be on state.
