US DATA: Initial unemployment claims +10k to 233k in Oct 21 week, 
just below the 235k expected. Unadjusted initial claims in Florida 
-1,536, Puerto Rico +1,284, and Virgin Islands -399. There were 
estimates from Virgin Islands and South Carolina. The 4-wk moving avg 
-9,000 to 239,500, as the 269,000 level in the Sept 23 week moved out of 
the calculation. The average would be expected to decline further next 
week. Seasonal factors had expected an increase of 223 in NSA claims. 
Instead, NSA claims +9,257 to 214,794, below the 237,314 level a year 
earlier. Continuing claims -3k to 1.893m in the Oct 14 week. The insured
