AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: It has been a quiet start for SFE trade after futures edged lower
on SYCOM, tracking the late dip in U.S. Tsys.
- YM last -3.5 ticks, with XM -4.0 ticks. YM/XM deals at 41.0 ticks, with the
cash equivalent at 38.4bp.
- Bills trade 1-4 ticks lower through the reds.
- Focus today moves to the Q1 CapEx print. It will be worth looking at the
second estimate for 2019/20 CapEx exp., with some suggesting that they need to
see a mark up to circa A$98bn from the initial A$92.1bn to avoid being
disappointed.
