It has been a relatively quiet start...>

BOND SUMMARY
BOND SUMMARY: It has been a relatively quiet start to the day for core fixed
income with bonds drifting marginally lower as all eyes are focused on the UK
Supreme Court decision today. The decision is expected around 10:30BST and could
have wide ranging consequences on the future constitutional make-up of the UK. A
ruling against the government will effectively indicate that the Supreme Court
is the highest power in the UK, not the government or parliament.
- Economic data this morning has been mixed. French confidence data was largely
in line while the German IFO saw a better than expected current assessment and
worse than expected expectations component. UK borrowing data was also hard to
read due to a number of methodological changes. US data is fairly thin on the
ground with some housing data and confidence data due to be released.
- TY1 futures are down -0-2 today at 130-00+ with Bund futures down -0.20 at
174.34 and Gilt futures down -0.13 at 133.59.
