BOND SUMMARY: It has been fairly quiet on the news wires so far, which has left
the focus on Brexit/PM Johnson's push for a snap elex, U.S. Vice Pres Pence's
China speech and a disappointing earnings report from Amazon. T-Notes last trade
+0-02 at 129-29. Cash Tsy yields sit 0.4-1.2bp lower and some curve flattening
has crept in. Eurodollar futures trade 0.5-1.5 ticks higher through the reds.
- JGBs have lost ground from the off, last trade at 154.14, 7 ticks below
settlement. The yield curve has twist flattened a touch. The space has shrugged
local politics, with Japanese Econ Min Sugawara handing in resignation.
- In Australia, YM +2.5 & XM +3.0, with cash yields sitting 2.2-2.8bp higher
across the slightly flatter curve. Bills last seen unch. to 4 ticks higher
through the reds. The AOFM will publish its weekly issuance schedule shortly.
