EGB SUMMARY: It was a slow start for the afternoon session, but things very
quickly turned sour at 14.00GMT/09.00ET. 
- WTI, $1 drop.... desk report of a sell program triggered around 09.00ET, this
combined with End of Month activity, helping to exacerbate the move. 
- $2 drop in WTI, that's 3.4%, with plenty of question on the sell off in
Tnotes, Bunds and Gilts, 
-Gold rallied $5, and Global Govies got hit across the board. with Bund, Tnotes,
Gilts, and BTPs all hit at the same time, during the afternoon session.
-Peripherals are flat to 1bp tighter at the time of typing. 
- Bund futures are down -0.29 today at 170.97 with BTP futures down -0.03 at
141.21 and OAT futures down -0.22 at 167.48.
