STOCKS: Japanese stocks rallied on the Asia-Pac session again reaching 2 decade
highs. The Nikkei 225 was last up 230.93pts at 21689.86. This comes as Prime
Minister Abe secures two thirds of the lower house seats in the snap election
yesterday.
- The materials sector is the current best performing sector, closely followed
by information technology.
- The Hang-Seng and the S & P 200 both declined on the session.
- USDJPY also rallied following the re-election of Prime Minister Abe, the pair
is at 113.68.
