JGBS
JGBS: JGB futures trickled lower overnight, taking a lead from Tsys. This came
after broader risk-on flows weighed on the space in Tokyo hours, offsetting a
weaker than exp. Tankan survey, with some bear flattening evident on the curve.
- Focus today moves to 10-Year JGB supply.
- Participants also look to Softbank's Y500bn issuance, in what is set to become
the largest ever round of JPY bond issuance targeting retail investors. Coupon
will be between 1.3-1.9%. Subscriptions will close on 25 April, and will be open
for 11 days.
