DOLLAR-YEN: JPY strength has continued, even though the earlier rumours re: BoJ
trimming its Rinban didn't materialise, with the Nikkei 225 continuing to edge
lower & US Tsys moving away from session lows.
- The outdated BoJ Mar meeting minutes offered little new.
- USDJPY last trades at 108.85, off of lows of 108.76, after a brief breach of
the Daily Bull channel base off 2018 lows (108.81), although the cross failed to
challenge the 100-DMA (108.68). Key resistance comes in the form of the 200-DMA
(110.20)
