US DATA: July core PCE price index +0.1% (unrounded +0.089%), as 
expected, while the y/y rate slipped to +1.4% from +1.5% in June, 
hitting its lowest point since December 2015. Total PCE price index 
+0.1% (unrounded +0.088%), with y/y rate +1.4%, same as June. Pers 
income +0.4% in July vs +0.3% expected, nominal PCE +0.3% vs +0.4%, real 
PCE +0.2% and +1.9 SAAR vs 2Q, based on an MNI calculation. PCE growth 
was +3.3% SAAR in 2Q GDP. Wages and salaries +0.5%, adding to gains in
