RBNZ: Just reading through the Radio NZ summary of its earlier interview with
RBNZ Gov. Orr, it notes that Orr said the following..."the reason that we've
moved now is because our forward projection (showed) a lower rate... looks
sensible. The committee thought very hard about, 'do we wait or do we move now?"
Yesterday's press conference saw Orr note that the decision "wasn't difficult."
He has received criticism from the analytical community in the past re: his
communication techniques, this could be another instance that draws criticism.
