Kazakhstan Raises Oil Output hits 82.2m mt Jan-Nov

Kazakhstan produced 82.2m mt of oil and gas condensates in Jan-Nov 2023, a rise of 8% on the year, according to Interfax.

  • Gas production rose by 12.3% to 53.8 bcm. Saleable gas was up 6% to 26.9 bcm.
  • Oil exports increased by 10% to 64.3m mt, while gas exports rose 8% to 5.3 bcm.
  • Kazakh refineries produced 11.2m mt of products from Jan-Oct, 1.5% above planned levels.
  • Output of products is expected to total 13.4m mt in 2023, while total oil production in 2023 is expected to hit 89m mt.
