KIWI: Kiwi touched overnight lows of $0.6741 on extended react to RBNZ Governor
Orr remarks which noted that the Bank's recent easing bias remains, while adding
that NZD is now trading "in a happy space."
- NZDUSD has since pared losses to trade either side of $0.6760 in early Europe.
A topside break of the double-top resistance area at $0.6780/85 brings the $0.68
level & 200-dma back into view at $0.6807.
- NZDJPY based ahead of the 100-dma (Y75.45) to settle around Y75.60/65. Expect
resistance through Y75.90/00 which has registered a series of alternating
high/lows.
- EURNZD encountered resistance from the down trendline off Oct highs, before
easing to NZ$1.6730/35.
