Libyan observed crude and condensate exports rose to 1.09mn bpd in December, up from 1mn bpd in November according to Bloomberg tanker tracking.
- December flows were the highest since October 2022. Exports were higher than the planned 987kbd according to a loading programme, supported by delayed cargoes in November being pushed into December.
