Libyan Crude Exports Rise to 1.09mn bpd December

Libyan observed crude and condensate exports rose to 1.09mn bpd in December, up from 1mn bpd in November according to Bloomberg tanker tracking.

  • December flows were the highest since October 2022. Exports were higher than the planned 987kbd according to a loading programme, supported by delayed cargoes in November being pushed into December.
