Asia-Pac participants continue to focus on Thursday’s bearish factors (the latest batch of U.S. data and Fedspeak), allowing 7+-Year Tsys to look through their respective Thursday yield peaks and TY futures to print through yesterday’s session base. The addition of a further 25bp hike into the Fed forecast profiles of both Goldman Sachs & Bank of America (with both now looking for a terminal Fed Funds target range of 5.25-5.50%) will also be helping the trajectory. Ranges remain tight.
