Light Cheapening In Gilts Applied Some Modest Pressure To Bunds & Tsys

Gilts take the mantle from Bunds as the driver in early London trade, with the move of Gilt futures through their Thursday lows, more than closing an opening gap higher, dragging Bund & TY futures to fresh session lows after the previously alluded to uptick faded. German cash benchmarks ruin 1.0-2.5bp cheaper as the curve bear flattens, while cash Tsys are now little changed on the day.
