AUSSIE BONDS: Light steepening has crept in as we move towards the end of the
Sydney session, after the late NY dynamics unwound the early SYCOM steepening,
with XM unchanged and YM -2.0 at typing, no real sign of the touted huge
month-end extensions there, business may have been done early?
- A solid round of ACGB '25 supply was seen, as the rolldown aspect of the line
probably outweighed the lack of hedgability via 3-Year futures.
- No surprises in the latest weekly AOFM issuance schedule, while local data
provided little for the space.
