AUSSIE BONDS: Little follow through in the space from the weekend news flow re:
global trade matters, as YM & XM continue to deal around their respective
all-time highs ahead of tomorrow's RBA MonPol decision. OIS price a 97% chance
of a cut tomorrow, with IB's fully priced.
- YM last deals at unchanged levels, with XM -0.5 tick. YM/XM trades at 37.5
ticks, with the cash equivalent at 35.8bp.
- Bills trade 1 tick lower to 2 ticks higher through the reds.
- The latest round of manufacturing PMI data had little impact on the space.
Looking ahead, domestic Q1 inventory and company operating profit data is due
later in the session, as well as the Chinese Caixin manufacturing PMI print.
