  • Bund saw a tight overnight range, but regardless, the contract has breached the next support at 133.10, the April low and the lowest print since the 10th March, and the 10yr Yield is at highest level since mid March.
  • The contract has been helped by the UK Gilt, with the latter breaking above the 14th October high yesterday in Yield, which was situated at 4.371% and equated to 94.69.
  • The 4.40% level equated to 94.37 yesterday and will be the next area of interest today for the UK.
  • Next support in Bund comes at 132.69.
  • Today sees, Italy consumer confidence, US PCE core deflator, prelim Wholesale inventories/Durable good, final Michigan.
