Prices edged higher late Wednesday following the conclusion of ECB rate
decision. Draghi's early hint that tweaks to their negative deposit rate policy
could be forthcoming drove global bond markets higher, resulting in Treasury
prices climbing to the best levels since Apr1. A break above the April 1 high at
124-05+, returns the focus to the March 27 high at 124-31, ahead of the 50%
retracement level at 125-26+. Bears continue to target a break of Friday's low
at 123-08+, below here opens the March 20 low at 122-23.
