Mann says she is more worried about business-facing services than consumer-facing

She notes that in services prices can make one major distinction - between consumer-facing services (e.g. Restaurants, some insurance etc) and business-facing services. She is more worried about the entertainment services and says there is similar evidence seen looking at equity market returns.
