- February sales revised up to +1.0% from +0.8%
- Sales up for second straight month, concentrated in 7 of 11
subsectors representing 39% of retail trade
- Sales led by gasoline, up 6.0% largely on higher pump prices.
Volume gasoline sales largely unchanged on month.
- Sales ex autos and parts +1.7% vs market consensus of +1.4%
- Sales ex autos, parts & gas +1.0% vs market expectation +1.4%
- Overall sales volumes +0.3% in March
