Marginally Cheaper In Early Asia Dealing

US TSYS

T-Notes have nudged lower in early Asia-Pac trade after backing off from Monday's peak during NY hours, with e-minis holding onto their late NY uptick from Monday's lows. The contract last deals -0-06 at 134-16, 0-02 off the lows of the 0-05 range that has been observed. The major benchmarks across the cash Tsy curve trade little changed to 1.5bp cheaper, with some modest bear steepening in play after Monday's aggressive bear flattening. There has been nothing in the way of notable news or market flow to flag.
