Markets Broadly Unresponsive, with ECB Decision Inline with Expectations

With rates and policy tools unchanged, and the ECB flagging that new forecasts in December will allow for a recalibration of stimulus, the decision is broadly inline with expectations. EUR has inched higher since the release, with EUR/USD crawling off session lows to add 25 pips or so.
